Overnight Baked Oatmeal

Lighten up your morning with Overnight Baked Oatmeal! 1/3 c. Butter, melted 2 Eggs 1/2 c. Brown Sugar 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1/4 tsp. Salt 3 c. Oats Chopped Apples & Raisins 1/4 c. Raw Milk  Mix ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.   Add an additional 1/2 c. Raw Milk to loosen. Bake in greased 9x9 pan @ 350*F until set in the middle, approximently 20 minutes. Serve in a bowl. Pour in a little cold raw milk and drizzle a bit of honey.

Beef Tongue

Recently, I tried something I never thought I would... I cooked and ate cow tongue! To my surprise, it was actually good! Like, I-had-seconds-good! Here's what I did: Asked the butcher to save the tongue from our cow.  Left the tongue in the deep freezer for months while working up courage.  Took a deep breath, and thawed it out. The real recipe: Wash tongue.  Cover tongue with water, add 1 teaspoon of salt for each quart of water and slow cook for 8 hours.  For additional flavor add 1 onion sliced, 1 clove garlic, peppercorns and a bay leaf. To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I couldn't get these blueberry muffins outta my mind after enjoying one at a baby shower.  So, I contacted the host for the recipe.  It contains a little more sugar than I'd like, but the raw milk balances it out!
